Neill Ginn Receives 2012 CEO Global Inclusion Award

Neil Ginn Global Inclusion Award Recipient

Neil Ginn, Global Shared Accounting Services Manager for the Corporate Finance Group, has received the 2012 CEO Global Inclusion Award.  Nearly 700 employees cast votes on My Kodak World to help select the winner from five finalists.

"The Global Inclusion award recognizes leaders whose actions and attitudes create a positive, engaged, and inclusive culture at Kodak.," said Chairman and CEO Antonio Perez.  "This recognition tells all employees and managers that inclusion and engagement are critical to our business - today more than ever."

Ginn joined Kodak in 1987, and is the first employee in the United Kingdom to receive this recognition.  Colleagues who nominated him noted that he inspires people to grow their skills and to celebrate team success.  "He takes personal interest in his colleagues and actively seeks to learn about their interests and cultures," one nominator wrote.

"I am truly honored and overwhelmed to receive this recognition.  To be nominated in the first place was awesome, but to then be named as the winner is fantastic!"  Ginn said.  "People are often saying that Kodak's biggest asset is its people.  I really believe this is the case.  I work with colleagues from all the four corners of the globe who have pulled together and made things happen despite any challenges.  They are inspirational, and it is a privilege to work with them."
